AsetQu
AsetQu is a BEP-20 blockchain-based digital token backed by real asset value in the form of property and land appraised by an independent appraisal institution and legalized by the National Land Agency (BPN). Each AsetQu token reflects the collateral value of legal and documented physical asset mortgages.

Challenges of Digital Tokens and AsetQu Solutions
>Most digital tokens are not backed by real assets, making their value unstable. AsetQu addresses this by issuing blockchain-based tokens guaranteed by verified physical assets, providing security and trust for investors.
Problem
- Most circulating digital tokens lack underlying assets as collateral, causing high volatility and unreliability as a store of value.
- This reduces public trust in crypto and limits its use as a payment method or investment instrument.
Solution
- PT. Aset Harapan Bangsa as the issuer of AsetQu tokens collaborates with land/building asset owners to sell tokens based on the asset appraisal value.
- This process is verified and appraised by independent third parties (Notary PPAT & Appraisal Institution) before tokens are sold. With an initial price of IDR 100,000 per 1 AsetQu and a total supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens, AsetQu targets retail and institutional markets.

Hedging Mechanism
Asset owners hand over the SHM to PT. Aset Harapan Bangsa as the initial document. The document's legality is verified by the legal and technical team of PT. Aset Harapan Bangsa.
After verification, and the document is declared valid and legal, an MOU or Cooperation Agreement (PKS) is made. Based on the MOU or Cooperation Agreement (PKS), a debt agreement is made between the asset owner and PT Aset Harapan Bangsa. Based on the notary debt agreement, a mortgage deed is made and registered with the National Land Agency (BPN). The mortgage document issued by BPN will be the basis for selling tokens on crypto asset exchanges in Indonesia and other crypto asset exchanges.
Tokens are issued by BEP-20 smart contracts on the Binance network. The entire process is documented and regularly audited.
